You can tell that they are super passionate about what they do and it is always enjoyable working with people whenever that is the case. The customer service is always outstanding and they go above and beyond to make sure I am more than comfortable with my coverage and understand how it all works. I happily moved over everything that I had which before was at multiple different companies. Now I have my home, auto, life, and even my rental properties covered all in one place and have someone I can speak to directly if I ever have any questions about anything. They do not talk down to me or over my head and treat me as if I am one of them. If you are like me than you have experienced poor customer service in the insurance business and If not in your insurance company than elsewhere. It really is a great feeling when you know you have made a good decision on who to work with and I’m a proud supporter of this office. Jim’s office is absolutely incredible. The service is outstanding and I was treated like more than just a number. I was able to save money and get more adequate coverage at the same time. They have my home, auto, and life insurance. He took the time to speak with me about my needs to make sure I was covered correctly and still managed to give me more value for my money. You can tell that Jim and his team really care about you and put your interest first. I have used multiple insurance companies over the last several years and in most cases I feel I’m have just had my insurance with a company but now I actually feel like I have my very own agent who has my back and who I can call on when I am in need. I highly recommend them. I plan to stay with Jim for life and know that if/when the time comes that I have to file a claim I have an advocate to help make sure my insurance protects me and my family like its suppose to. I can honestly say without hesitation that I recommend Jim Pratt and would highly suggest you get in touch with him sooner rather than later. I left my previous insurance company when my bills continued to go up and up. There never seemed to be any reason for it and I just found it frustrating. I have a clean driving record and haven’t had to file any claims. The best answer I ever received was “that can sometimes happen as you get older”. It just felt shady. I’m generally skeptical about insurance companies but after speaking with Jim and going over all of my policies I felt extremely comfortable moving everything over. I know sometimes prices change and things are out of peoples control but this office just seemed to actually care and wanted me to find a place I was happy with even if that meant I didn’t go with them. They are very respectful and continue to impress me as time goes on. I am happy to leave this review in support of this team and would encourage anyone reading this to give them a call and see for yourself. You will not regret it! 5 STARS all the way around!

I have only great things to say about this office. I have everything I own insured with them included 5 automobiles, my primary residence, 3 rental properties, and life insurance for myself my wife and our 3 children. Jim truly has a heart to serve and when we got into an auto accident he quickly and efficiently helped us file our claim so that we could get back on the road safely and without having to worry about our finances. He and his team are very friendly and go above and beyond the call of duty with their expert customer service. I have talked both of my parents and even a few of my friends into moving their business to him. I trust him completely and am happy to have someone local that I know has my best interest in mind. I feel confident that if you give Jim a call you will be impressed just as I was and you are more than likely going to save money every month as well. Why over pay or be with someone you don’t care for when you could do business with someone like Jim. I recommend him without hesitation! Trust me you will not regret it!

Wow! For starters let me just say that Jim is a great guy. He is a true professional but also knows how to just be a regular person. We can talk about my insurance needs but just as easily feel comfortable being casual as well. When I first called in to discuss potentially moving my insurance I was shopping around to multiple different places. Jim actually asked me what was the most quality I needed to find in my insurance agent. I had never been asked that. I can get insurance anywhere but not everyone who sells it to me actually cares about anything more than a sell. I’ve come to trust that Jim has my back when I have questions about my polices or when I need to file a claim. I recently had a daughter turn 16 which we all know is a challenge on the wallet and we re-evaluated all of my polices to make sure that made the most sense with the new addition. I was surprised how affordable it actually was and have no doubt that had I had my insurance elsewhere I would have just received a quote with a number followed by a bill. I appreciate you Jim and will always recommend you!
