The Carpet Gallery put new floors in my entire house. Not only were the floors perfectly installed, but they were also done in a timely manner. On top of that the owners are some of the best people I've met in a long while. Would definitely recommend if you want good quality flooring and installation.

I disagree with the review left by Debbie. Curtis Dudley is NOT good on his word. They were supposed to come out and fix the carpeting and never showed up on the scheduled time. After waiting 30 min past scheduled time I called him and he made excuses that were lies because I called the store as well and they knew nothing if the issues he was telling me. But, he went again and made arrangements to come out and fix the carpet. Then after days of unanswered calls and texts I finally got ahold of Curtis who then said he was trying to figure out what to do because he was trying to save his business because he wasnt getting paid and that he didn't even have gas money to make it to my house. I offered him money and never heard back from him. I like to also add that on the day of insulation I threw in an extra $100 on top of my bill just to be a nice guy. This is how I get treated. My advice, stay away from carpet gallery and call someone else.

Curtis Dudley is good on his word. You can tell that the family business is very important to him. He doesn't sugar coat, he shoots straight and when you're spending money, that's what you want. He went out of his way to pick up my carpet out of town so it could be installed on the day it was promised. I had purchased carpet from Jim Dudley on several different occasions, and I was always happy with the entire transaction.nGood Hometown Family Values, shop Local....thanks again, Deb
