Staff was knowledge, courteous and wanted to make sure I got the correct product for the job I was doing. I have not experienced that at the big box stores. I was in and out in a timely manner with the correct materials for the job. Once in the past I did have an issue with a product I bought - they corrected the issue at no additional cost to me. Sherwin-Williams is a way better experience than Lowesn10$ less per one gallon than any other big box store!n. The customer service is personal and the vibe of the store very neighborhood friendly. The people who help me know the projects I am working on and are super helpful.nThank you for great service
