Darrell was a wonder therapist lots of fun, took time to explain just and all around good person.

No support, and corporate is no help. I’m a month in without a mask for my CPAP that properly fits from this company. I’ve had to drop over $400 from their competitor in the area and an online site elsewhere to get equipment and help to make my CPAP work. No proper follow up or willingness to own up to mistakes, but boy will they argue with you on the phone when saying you’re not happy. STILL waiting on hearing from area manager over two weeks later after filing a complaint with corporate and that hasn’t been resolved either. I wish my insurance would have not made me lease my CPAP so I could just pay my fee and be done with these guys. Avoid, not worth it if you need support outside of the initial setup.

The therapist at this location is wonderful. I believe his name is Darrel. He is very compassionate about his patients and knowledgable. He goes above and beyond to help. Amazing guy that truly cares!!! We are very lucky to have him as our therapist.

Therapist was always helpful to my husband. He was always available when i called and was very professional. Lincare always will be our #1 supplier for our medical supplies. The entire staff has been awesome.
