The receptionist was very cordial. The wait time was not bad at all. The service was excellent. My dentist was very thorough throughout the entire process, and also very cordial. She listened carefully to my concerns, and provided excellent recommendations and advice. I'm very happy to be a patient here.

I have been in customer service for a major airline more then 33 years. I know that the customer service in any business no matter how knowledgeable the staff is can make or break you. I truly have to tell you the customer service At Aspen Dental in Sumter is top notch. I was greeted from the time I arrived with a welcoming smile from Crystal and Lisa. Anna did my X-rays she was extremely patient and nice. My hat off to the Hygienist Megan she was caring and gentle with my deep cleaning, last but not at all least Dr. Magana thoroughly explained everything to me. The entire team needs to be commended. Thanks again to you all for taking the fear out of going to the Dentist. Your the Best!!nDebra Minors

Everyone from the front desk answering the phone to the person going over financials is the nicest and most helpful. I personally never felt so welcomed like I have here. They make you feel at ease the first time you step in. They let you know every little detail of what they are doing and what needs to be done. I would highly recommend Aspen.nnAnna, Megan, Dr. Magana and Lisa were the best!

My initial experience at Aspen Dental was top notch. Facilities were clean and organized. Staff was helpful and informative. They answered any and all questions I had and presented me with any options I asked for related to my procedures. Great experience, great people will definitely be back. I get my dental work done here for the foreseeable future, A+ guys.

Sumter, SC (Dr. Pare)nnI have an almost debilitating fear of ANY Dentist stemming from a terrible and extremely painful experience as a child. Because of the situation I have not been to a Dentist in many years. When it became apparent I needed a tooth pulled I just picked one with my eyes shut because regardless of who it was I was going to be petrified but, boy was I wrong! From the minute I walked in and explained my issue they went out of their way to relieve my fear... Once I got to the back they took the time to explain, in depth, everything they were doing prior to doing it... Dr. Pare spent a lot of time making sure that I was numb before starting and it wasn't easy to do.. But again, he TOOK the TIME ...He also did something unheard of today in medicine, he carried on a meaningful conversation with me! Before I knew it the tooth was out and it was over! I will always be scared of Dentist, but not of Dr. Pare! I have actually scheduled a follow up! Thanks to all the staff and Dr. Pare!
