I went there in the early 70's, lived in marionz last name of Skipper when david bult [spelling] was principal. I have nothing but extremely fond memories and a great place!

Heavily consider coming here. SOME teachers are nice, but most are just plain mean. The school favors sports over academics, therefore athletes are favored over everyone else. If an athlete bullied a “nerd” or academically accelerated person, the “nerd” would be blamed and punished for the bully’s actions. Most lunches are overpriced charging up to 2.00 just for a few chicken tenders, where you can get three times as many at Wal-Mart for cheaper. The janitor and lunch ladies are incredible, they are honestly the sweetest people there along with the vice principal, Ms. Susan. Bullying is very bad here, with no action to stop it. We were handed sheets with questions like “Do you feel safe at the school?” And the teacher said “ If you said you never feel safe at school talk to someone about it, not us, like a parent or something.” The school offers no help to bullying, therefore it is a major issue. And favoritism is definitely present. I would heavily consider options before making a final decision to come to PDA.
