The absolute WORST chartered bus company I have EVER dealt with. Left my South Carolina location with this company to travel down to Florida with my family for our yearly cruise; perfect! No problems, we even had time to spare. HOWEVER, my family and I returned from our cruise seven days later expecting to have a warm bus waiting for us upon our arrival. TUH! The bus did not show up until FOUR HOURS LATER!!! Within my family were people who SHOULD NOT have been out in all of that weather! Demanding a refund ASAP! Money is tight and so is time, and may I mention precious. OH!! Don’t fall for the “WE HAVE WIFI ud83dude03” trick. Two buses, no WiFi! False advertisement. Save your money folks and drive about an hour and a half South and travel with Peterson Tours!
The website states they have wifi, but when you get on the bus, they tell you wifi isn't on that bus. Poor communication with there customers. Rode overnight from SC to Miami, FL and the driver wanted to keep turning the music up and play inappropriate music.
*Find another company* The worst tour bus company I've used. Currently stuck at the Port of Miami because the bus isn't here. They knew what time the ship was returning, but didn't feel the need to be here. The time is currently 9:33am and the ship has been back since around 7am.
