My wife has left several messages for Troy concerning our refund from cancelling a RCL cruise (we cancelled Jan 4). We have received a letter of confirmation of the cancellation from MGA. Since it's been so long without a refund or response from MGA we called RCL and were told the agent never filed a refund form. Soooo, where's our money? Does RCL actually have our funds? Why no response from MGA? Don't know. I'll update if and/or when we hear from these folks. Not sure if they're still in business, I'll have to call the owner Monday.nnPS: RCL says we're still scheduled to cruise on the original date!!n( We stand to lose a couple grand over this. Beware!!)

Michael Graham and his team are amazing! We have used them for company cruises as well as personal and have never had any issues. From planning to execution, our vacations have been stress-free and affordable because of him and his team!
