I am new to the practice. I really wanted to let it be known that I appreciate the exceptional quality service I have experienced thus far. It started with the call back I requested to start my scheduling process. A very kind and caring lovely young lady, DJ assisted me and made the process oh so smooth. She is so patient, kind, professional and detailed oriented. All of my questions and concerns were heard and addressed. The one question I had that she was unsure of initially was answered before the appointment and double checked once I was in the office.nI really am thankful for DJ'S attention to details and her compassion shared with me even in my limited mobility. She took the time to bring my paperwork to me and didn't make me feel like it was an inconvenience to her. What an awesome asset to ATI.nAlso, my therapist, Susan was so patient with me as we completed my evaluation. I really appreciated the time spent in obtaining the needed information and our working together to set attainable goals for me. That was possible because she listened to my needs and developed a taylor made plan for me during my treatment sessions there as well as at home.nAs things are right now, I am very pleased and look forward to working to make things better for me and my health.nMany thanks to the ATI TEAM!!
Grady Honeycutt (09/05/2018)
My name is Grady Honeycutt, I'm 67 years old, retired and spend most of my time on the ocean sailing. I broke the upper part of my right Humerus, a compound fracture that required surgery. My wonderful surgeon put me back together with a plate running from my elbow to shoulder fastened with half a box of deck screws. Returning home from the hospital I could not straighten my arm nor could I raise my hand above my nose, not to mention the pain when moving my arm. I figured this was the end of my sailing days. Enter ATI Physical Therapy, Murrells Inlet, SC. I was introduced to Physical Therapist Gabrielle and Savannah. I'm in my 10th week of Therapy and I can straighten my arm, lift my arm straight up in the air and I have 100% Range of Motion back. They've started me on my strength training, this is going to take a while as the muscles take time to heal, but I'm on my way back to “normal”. Long story short, ATI's Gabrielle and Savannah have given me my life back. I would add more to the story but it's Labor Day Weekend and I'm heading to the boat.
