READ!nASPEN DENTALnI had an appointment today with Aspen Dental for a cleaning after waiting months.nnI was told to be there at 7:45am. Stood outside in cold for 15 minutes.nThe dental assistant did a 3D of my teeth. Used the machine while wiping the spit with a gloved hand each time taking it out of my mouth, and touching the computer screen.nnAnother dental assistant used the same 3D machine on a different patient without cleaning. I reminded the dental assistant it had not been cleaned. So how do I know it was cleaned before it was used on me.nI then was taken back to exam room for additional exam.nThe receptionist then took me for a reviewing gave me a date in May for cleaning.nI returned back to the office to retrieve my insurance card. I decided to talk to the office manager about my experience today which I did. I then received a clean date for this Thursday at 11:30am.nnI was concerned that there is so many diseases you can contract through body fluids as I expressed to management.nnI received a call 4 hour later canceling my appointment and was told to go to the MB office for service. Conway office would not extend me service.nASPEN DENTAL is a joke and a disgrace for a dental practice.nI guessed they didn’t like my complaint or the presentation of my complaint.nnI would and expect contact from management office concerning this matter.

These people that work at aspen dental are top notch and care about your dental needs. Amanda Pratt has been extremely helpful and caring as well. I highly recommend the Conway office for your dental needs

So happy with my new dentist and the office. Everyone I met was so kind. I wish I had found this office last year. They work well with insurance and any expenses are clearly explained before any work proceeds.nThey have an awesome scan technique that shows you an on screen image of your teeth so that you can discuss any concerns and a projection of any finished procedures. I’m really impressed with this office and the ease of scheduling after waiting nearly a year to get into another local office.

Called, got any appointment next day. Got there was greeted and they went right into working on me. X rays, check up and follow up with what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I had no insurance do Layla offered some different options. I could not have asked for better service. They made me feel like I was the most important customer they had. I left with my information to go home and tall it over with my wife. Thankfully they gave me all information in a way I could explane it to my wife easily. So thankful to do business with them.
