Vocational Rehabilitation will not contact people and help you find a job. They only try to motivate people who really do not seem to want to work, or to get back into the workforce. If you have a legitimate disability they cannot guarantee you that they can find an employer that will take you. But they do help you make a resume.

Vocational rehabilitation in Greenwood, SC was incredible, especially Sheila Reynolds. Words can't describe her. This place was nothing but HELPFUL.
