Loved going to the cosmetics and trying new scents before buying. I hope online shopping does not wipe out brick and mortar stores. The staff was eager to help.

If you don't mind waiting in a line of 10+ people for more than 45 minutes then this review isn't for you. Out of all the registers in the store only one is open with one cashier (who btw was very nice). I know I'm not alone in my thoughts as everyone in the line was complaining that the store seemed to focus more on online sales as well as online pick up rather than the people that were in the physical store. Having two or more employees at the online pick up counter instead of at the cashier counter. If I have to shop from this store again I will be doing so online as there is no need to stand in a line that long for a couple of items This is a retail store not the DMV.
