This is the worst tax experience we have ever had. We dropped off our business and personal taxes in the beginning of February. As of today, April 22, the taxes are not done. None of the taxes are done! We asked why and Richard was very rude to my wife. It is not a recommended tax service!!! We picked up all of our our documents and we have found another CPA who can have it done in 10 days. Unorganized, untimely and unreasonable!
