Went to get an estimate based on the forms needing to file; w-2, 1099-R, SSA etc. They said they couldn't give estimates unless they put everything in & actually prepared my taxes to get a price. I left being afraid of the cost. The fine manager in charge said if I needed any help or questions answered, he'd be happy to help me. I Thanked him & did it myself. Four stars because they couldn't give an estimate but good people there.

I needed 1095a form which I didn't have a clue about I'm paying y'all over 400 dollars to file my taxes an it's your job to make some everything is correct an I still gotta pay that 400 dollars an I filed my taxes Jan 19 I will not be coming back

We have been going to Liberty Tax since 2016. Needless to say we got audited by the IRS and our taxes were done incorrectly. A guy named Bruce did our taxes and he told my wife she didn't work at her jobs long enough to file her W-2's. So here we are in 2019 still owing the IRS. They held our entire tax return this year because the franchise owner Carl never got in touch with us to get this resolved. We explained the situation as soon as we got a letter from the IRS, and it is still not corrected. We will never go to Liberty Tax again. Overpriced and they could care less if they made a mistake because they already got your money! They aren't even accredited by the BBB and they have numerous lawsuits over the U.S. Research it! Beware of Liberty Tax!
