I have rented from this company for over 10 years and never had a bad experience. They remember me when I email them and they remember my children AND my dog's name. They take care of arranging or my linens through the linen rental company and have the cleaning company go ahead and make up the beds for me if I request it (and I always do).nThey don't bombard me with needless emails and that is greatly appreciated; they reply to me when I email them and handle everything remotely. They always have; way before Covid.nHighly recommend and will continue to use.

I've rented beach vacation homes for years and this company gave me the easiest experience we have ever had back in 2004; I've been using them ever since and trust them. I've stayed in several of their different homes and found all of them to be clean and exactly as they were described. They didn't give me the information for the linen rental company; they handled it for me. They didn't give me the information for the bike rental company; they handled it for us. They didn't give me the name of a cab company to call when I arrived at the airport; they arranged a car to pick us up and a driver with a sign with my name on it in the terminal. They have always appreciated my time (or lack of it) and gone the extra mile to make my vacation enjoyable from the time I leave home to the time I arrive back home. Thank you; looking forward to getting back in June.

This is the best rental company to work with. Completely electronic from reservation all the way to check in; no covid worries here. Customer service is wonderful and they helped me find another home to stay in when the owners of Gay & Noble By the Sea had to cancel my vacation since they didn't feel safe leaving and going home due to their own Covid fears. I'm sure anyone reading this knows it is very hard to find a homeowner that will allow 4 dogs but they did it and they didn't charge me a transfer fee to do it. 2nd year using them and always will.
