Waited over a month to get an appointment because my doctor referred me to them. When they called and set it up didn’t say anything about masks etc(every other office tells you and sends a text reminder). I showed up totally ready to hopefully start getting better as I’m in a lot of pain. I can’t wear a mask due to lung issues and they refused to treat me. Girl didn’t even care that I’d been waiting for a month to be seen and that I had a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. I am completely healthy other than my disk in the neck. Now I have to wait again to get a new referral so I can get pain free. All this could have been solved by them disclosing the numerous times I’d spoken to them trying to get in sooner that masks were required.

The staff are courteous & efficient. The exercises, in time, will alleviate the issue while causing very minimal, if any, pain.

Very professional team, my shoulder range has improved 40degrees in a month of therapy. They are all concerned with their patients and interact with everyone being treated. Highly recommend if you need therapy.

Completed three months of low back physical therapy with Ashton and her staff. She was able to drastically reduce the pain in my lower back and neck. Staff was very attentive!
