Jason took the time to learn my situation and gave me a good deal on cpa service. LaterI reached out in the pinch after 2 years and they were able to retrieve the document! Really great talking to them through the process.

Jason Moore is not a man of his word.nMultiple times Jason led us to believe that he was working on a case for us with the IRS.nIn contacting the IRS ourselves, we found out that he had not followed through with the IRS as he said and as a result our case was closed.nHad Jason been doing the work he actually said he was, he would have known the case was closed.nWhen we asked for a copy of the document he said he sent to the IRS for us on our behalf, he was unable to produce it and finally admitted that he had not done it.nJason does not return phone calls or emails. The only way you can talk to him is to walk into the office.nNot a trustworthy business.nI do not recommend Pathways Consulting.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! We called numerous times, sent numerous emails to check on the status of our taxes after having dropped off taxes in Feb 2019 and got no response. In May of 2018 I got an email saying they were missing information, I resent the information. I went to the office and finally they were there ( I had been numerous times prior and it was closed) I was informed at that time that they filed an extension (never got our permission) also told me they needed my signature (first i had been told) . By this time I was so upset I left forgetting my copies of 2018 taxes. A few weeks later I received a letter from the IRS advising me of fees for filing late. I still have yet to receive a copy of my 2018 Taxes. I did get an email apologizing in Aug 2018.....

Pathways Consulting, LLC were fantastic to work with! They walked me through every step and made the entire process quick and easy! Highly recommend and I'll be going to them again for sure!
