Dr. K. has a very well run office! Everyone is very professional. The on-line appointment system w/text reminders is fantastic. Dr. K’s nurses are wonderful. Their communications with patients and their thoroughness have been Second to None. Well Done!

Optim Orthopedics is wonderful, from the receptionist, to the Doctors they are so nice and try to help you anyway they can. I have unfortunately had to see several of the Doctor's for different reasons and everyone one is so very professional. They also have several different offices so you can get an appointment faster. Thank you so much for your service to your patience.

My experience with Optim has been amazing. I broke my fibula and was in so much pain. They fit me in the same day that I called. The scheduler was so kind, she made it work so that I could be seen as soon as possible. The MA was kind and helpful, she saw how I struggled hobbling in and got me a wheelchair. The x-ray technologist was great, he was sympathetic to my discomfort and helped me to get the images they needed while minimizing my pain. Brian the PA was kind, quick, and answered all of my questions. The woman handling my check out was lovely as well. I haven’t had such a good experience with a healthcare provider in a long time. From start to finish, the staff were all excellent.

Feb. 2nI went in for consultation with Dr. Travis Farmer concerning pain that I’m experiencing with my thumb. From the receptionist to the PA to the X-ray technician they had me checked in, seated and waiting to see the doctor within twenty minutes. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. Doctor Farmer arrived immediately thereafter. He was quite informal, friendly and very thorough in explaining every detail of my surgery and what to expect during surgery, my recovery and therapy over the next three months. Very reassuring. He then allowed me time to get all of my questions out and gave me complete comfort with his answers.nThanks Doc,nDoug Pierce

I went in to see Dr. Nicholson for a broken foot. His ‘bedside manner’ made me feel very comfortable and as if I was his most important patient. He was thorough in a game plan for my foot and took the time to show and explain the X-rays to me. His medical assistant, a man whose name I didn’t catch, was so easy to talk to and kind to me. I actually look forward to a follow up there because it’s hard to find good offices that care that much!!!
