I also forgot to add that when my family did get their overcharged room the bathroom floor had a hole and when we let them know so we could be switched to a different room the owner told us we would be fine and wouldn’t change the room. We asked for extra towels and he also wouldn’t give it to them.

It was fine till I went to pay for another night. It was two adults and two kids. They told us to many people in the room. We stayed in a double bed room. There was a man Everytime we went outside to leave watched us leave. They told us we had to leave even though I spoke to someone bout staying that same day before coming that night. Honest the man with glasses was helpful it was the owner as I was told that said to many people in the room. I just want to know how is that to many people if it is made for four people?
