My check in started a little rocky on Friday,(The front desk person and the location of the room). However, my check out this morning and my conversation w/Carly, upon checking out was cool, (Sat. and this am) Overall, the stay was good, Customer Service/Care goes a long way, every time!
Amazing price, and super friendly staff.nI made a random escape trip for the weekend and I could not have been happier.nnThe location is great, and they have a Starbucks and burger joint within walking distance. Only downside is the noise. Sound does travel, but it was really quiet aside from people outside the window. That might have just been my room though.
The room we stayed in was very run down. There was mold on the door connecting to the room next door. The walls and ceiling were in disrepair. The furniture and wall art looked like something you would expect to see in a third world country. I will say that the bed was comfortable and the room was acceptably clean.
Horrible. Barely adequate. Room had bugs which I left a sample of on the bathroom counter. No smoking Room? NOT true. It stunk.
Too expensive for 2 star hotel... Niyalee night front desk, really helpful and friendly... AC off and on doesnt let anybody sleep...
