Denny Fraser recently conducted the closing process for our newly purchased home. While it is well known that buying a new home is one of the most stressful experiences in our lives, Denny made us feel very at ease with his easy going, relaxed approach. Our interactions with him were pleasant and positive. He shared many interesting stories and insights into the Low Country. His firm's staff, Karen and Susan especially, were very helpful in preparation for the closing as they always answered my questions via email or phone quite promptly and professionally. Highly Recommend!

We recently had Denny Fraser for our Estate Planning. He is AMAZING!nWe could not be happier in choosing Denny for our attorney. He made us feel very comfortable from the beginning. My wife and I visited The Fraser Law Firm to update our living will and our Last Will and Testaments.nnThe process was well-explained, clearly outlined and done so comfortably. Denny went over all the questions and points of major concern that we should focus on and laid out the process and time line. It was never rushed and always open for q&a and discussion. We were never rushed.nnDenny told us he would contact us when the documents were ready the following week and he was right on time. All signatures completed and we were supposed to come back the following day after filing. We did so and received all our documents in a nice binder.nnIt was so professionally done and nothingnLike the hassle and time burden we expected It to be. Denny was great. He makes you feel very comfortable with potentially difficult discussions. In fact I have never been so comfortable in talking about my own personal demise!!nnNow that we realize it is so easy, we look forward to seeing him on and annual basis to review and be sure there are no updates needed by my wife or myself.

We had a great experience working with The Fraser Law Firm. My wife and I wanted to create new wills since we moved to SC. We also wanted to form a family trust. It was a pleasure working with Denny. Denny was very knowledgeable and spent the time to thoroughly explain the process of forming a trust. He answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable and assured throughout the process. We would highly recommend Denny and his firm.
