I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience with the Fender Law Firm. Divorces are messy and emotional but from the beginning they were patient, compassionate, and professional with both myself and my spouse. Addison Fender worked with my husband and I to reach common ground in the settlement agreement and kept us focused on what was in the best interest of our child. Tracy Fender was fast to respond via e-mails and extremely patient with my questions regarding paperwork. This is truly a family friendly law firm that I would recommend to anyone in need of one.

Absolutely the best attorney! Addison did an amazing job with our adoption case. He was on point and won our two year case. We are very happy and would advise anyone wanting a great attorney to use him.

Although our case was won, we firmly believe that the hours billed were heavily padded. After questioning our final Invoice we were given contradictory excuses. Had that issue been able to be resolved, this would be a 5 star review. Yes, at the end of the day, our case was won and there is no arguing that. Just be prepared for extra expenses that you will have to just accept and pay.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this firm. They held my hand through what was the most stressful time I’ve ever experienced. Addison was so professional and knowledgeable. I refer to Tracy, his paralegal, as my “therapist” since she was always there to calm my nerves and reassure me that everything was going to be ok. Addison was able to accomplish everything I wanted, I could not be happier with trusting him and his firm!!

Child custody matters are never easy. Fender Law Firm is laser focused on the child's welfare. We highly recommend them to anyone with custody issues. We cannot thank Addison and Tracy enough for all their hard work.
