My husband and I recently purchased a vacation condo on HHI that needed some cosmetic upgrades which Included electrical work. Residing out of state with no local referrals, I found Nathan with Citadel Electric on Home Advisor.nnAmong the many upgrades we were working, one was to install ceiling fans in our living area and on our deck. the living area has as slightly vaulted ceiling that could not accommodate a center installation of our fan. Although the side slope install was ok and cost effective, we really wanted our ceiling fan to be centered... it’s a really nice fan. ud83dude0annNathan advised us that this would require carpentry work which he does not do but would recommended a contractor in the area. Gus did an outstanding job of building out the ceiling for a center installation of our fan. While over 200 miles away, Nathan and Gus work together to make certain we got exactly what we wanted.nnI’ve worked with many contractors on other renovation and investment properties and it’s very difficult to find contractors that will earn a 5- star rating. Nathan’s professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work is outstanding and certainly warrantsn5-⭐ufe0f‘snnNathan took care of all of our electrical needs above our expectations.
