Dr. Boller had been the provider for my son with special needs for many years. Grateful for her service. However, we were needing a list of my sons medications signed by Dr. Boller and my husband visited the office multiple times to obtain just a simple list. During his visits he was told “the doctor was too busy and couldn’t assist him.” We understood, therefore, we compiled a list of my sons medications and kindly asked the front desk to have Dr. Boller sign the document. Again, when we called back they said the same thing, “the doctor was busy and couldn’t sign the document.” Finally after various attempts my husband returned to Dr. Boller’s office to obtain the signed document. The front desk told my husband that Dr. Boller would no longer be seeing our son and we would have to find another provider. It was incredibly disappointing to see how she just “dropped” my son as a patient for just a simple request. I suppose if she’s too busy to attend to simple requests, then maybe it’s best to find another doctor who actually has the time and desire to help his/her patients.

WARNING: Dr. Boller’s biller/office manager, Cassandra, received a call from my insurance agent. He honestly did not understand why they were saying my husband and I had “wracked up a quite a tab” —the words of the young woman that works the front desk. I was asked to pay $100 for my visit and agreed—I had a $100 bill to hand them—this is all on video. Cassandra comes into the room where I’m waiting and glares at me and tells me Dr. Boller will not see me because “my broker is too difficult.” She then proceeds to tell me I’ll have to pay for a medical chart I had faxed to them. My insurance agent was on the phone the entire time (recording on his end) and could not believe what he was hearing! As I said the rest of the interaction is on video. I was there because my doctor passed away. And my husband has been very sick and Boller was treating him—not anymore. She ran test after test (hence the tab we had not been told about or received in the mail.) She has not helped him—he’s still sick. So Boller via her office manager kicks me out, charges me for the medical chart KNOWING my doctor has passed away and my husband is very ill. I’ve never been treated so cruelly by a doctor that vowed to “do no harm.” Go elsewhere. This “doctor” and her manager CASSANDRA don’t care about people. The recording shows it all. I’m telling you that for your sake you should NOT entrust your health to these people.

Visited Dr. Boller based on a recommendation of a friend. I will now recommend her too! She listened to my issue and explained how to resolve it. Didn't prescribe me medicine when I didn't need it. Although she took plenty of time for a proper appointment she did feel a little rushed to get to the next one, but that can be expected at a busy doctor's office.

I was scheduled for an appointment at 10:45 am and when I got there the receptionist told me she canceled my appointment because it was at 10:30 not 10:45 although I was told to be there at 10:45! Very upset about this!! I am done dealing with her rude staff!
