The office staff is very rude. Not helpful at all. You could get a 6 year old to do their job and get better results. If there was another company in the area i would switch in a heartbeat..sign a very unhappy customer.

This place is needs to fire everyone that works in this office. These ladies are nice but seem to not know anything about whats going on. If you call up here needing info or help you can forget it because the person your needing to talk to is always out of the office an they never call you back. This place is a neg star

Very erratic in their billing. Was told it would be 150 something a month. May 26th I was billed 278.00, then June 13th another 278.00. This month 73.00. Crazy, they have your card number and pull out whatever they want whenever they want. No one has an explanation.

I have been using this company for a very long time because its the only one in town. They are horrible to deal with. The person that answers the phone seems nice but it takes repeated calls to try and get anything done. Like get your medicine. They flat out lie that they didn't get prescription from Dr. They charge insurance company for things I didn't even get. They send me stuff I don't ask for like oxygen mask. They say I owe money but if they would just bill my insurance it would be taken care of. I'm going to let them take me to court for the money they say I owe. So I can show how they fraud my medicare and the VA. I'm trying to find another company that will deliver where I live. They really are crooks but I need my oxygen and meds so I don't have much of a choice but to use their service. So if you are able to find another company do not choose Lincare. I would give them a minus star if it was a choice.
