Horrible Clerk service. We shopped this store a few days ago. Pleasing entrance and merchandise displays were abundant. We found an item but couldn't find the back stock. A clerk was on the telephone at the desk. So we patiently waited for a few minutes as she continued her call. We left. Mgmt should know the behavior of employees while they are away. Correct etiquette was to acknowledge our waiting and put her caller on hold or us. Simply demonstrate common courtesy is what customer service really is. So, to you young lady, you missed work ethics 101. We do not recommend this store to friends or family

Horrible customer service! I made a LARGE purchase on a bedroom set on Saturday. I purchased with their ACIMA credit financing. I did not have a way to haul my purchase that day and they said I could come pick up on Sunday. So I went through the trouble of borrowing a trailer and went up there to pick up my furniture. When I got there they told me that their sales associate had rung up a 6 drawer dresser instead of the 8 drawer dresser on display that I indicated I wanted to buy. It was a $130 difference and they said Acima would have to add the additional $130 to my lease and Acima was not open so I could not take the dresser, I would have to come back for it on Monday. I explained this would be a burden for me because I had borrowed a trailer and was there wuth it ready to pick up my furniture. So I asked to speak to the owner. They had him call me while I was there in the store. I asked the owner if they would just discount the 8 drawer dresser so that I could take it with the rest if my stuff since I only had the trailer today. I explained that they are always listing a 20% discount on all furniture and thus would be just $20 short of a 20% discount that I hoped he could do since this was THEIR mistake. The owner was rude, condescending, and REFUSED to make a discount since they messed up and instead was just fine with causing ne a great burden nit being able to take the dresser when I was there with a borrowed trailer. So I am xalling Acima tomorrow when they open and cancelling my entire order! This was an almost $2,000 purchase and the owner wasjust fine with losing that almost $2,000 sale instead of discounting the $130 difference, due to their mistake. And making things right for me. Any business willing to do that obviously does not care about their customers. You are better off shopping elsewhere for rustic furniture!

Don’t purchase a t-shirt from this place. They seem to run a size smaller that what’s on the tag after it has been washed. Christmas gift ruined for me.

Love the products and it smelled good inside the store.
