I had surgery on the 26th of January 2021. Ky doctors office sent in a perscription for pain meds on January 25, 2021 ro be ready by January 26th. After the surgery my husband and i went to Walgreens to pick up the perscriptions the doctor ordered. They gave us several bottles and we went home only to find out they did not fill the pain med as ordered. I called my doctor office, they called and said it would be ready by the 27 and my husband could pick it up. But when he arrived they said he needed my id, his would not be accepted so here it is the 29th of January and I am at Walgreens because they still do not gave the perscription ready. I am done with Walgreens. I will NEVER use them again. If this is the type of service they give to their customers it is no wonder they are having to close stores. My company uses Prime therapeutics as our perscription service, but Walgreens which owns Prime Therapeutics does not honor our insurance. Go figure that.

Your hours are terrible I needed distilled water for my C-PAP and you are pretty much one of the only places that carries it consistently and you close at 9 when I show up 2 minutes before your door is already locked I needed an actual essential and was let down.

Pharm not open untill 10am on weelends...seriously?? It should be open when store is open. Such bad customer service!!

Routinly, 20-40 minute wait in drive thru to pick up RX. Sometimes you can't get your RX because the pharmacist isn't on duty, even when it says they are during those hours. 50/50 chance you will get a friendly person. Customer service isn't what it use to be here. Sad because I like Walgreens.
