Traveling thru Kansas. Got a call that our nephew was in a terrible car wreck, call this rv campgrounds because my sister was staying there. Had no opening told them our problem they told me to come on in gave us a site. When we got there late that night they came out to make sure we got in ok. Told us don't worry stay as long as needed. Our nephew did not make it. So had to stay longer. They were so concerned and so helpful. This place is so great the spots are really nice. Will stay here again whenever we return. The couple and worker are the most compassionate people you could ever meet. Thank you

The managers are the sweetest kindest people. Friendly and helpful. It's only $25 a night and a beautiful campground. All the sites are paved and they have many pull through. Highly recommend. We stayed 3 nights.

Very relaxing, even traffic noise is not bothersome. These folks are very nice and helpful. I come back each year as I travel. Great rates, too!

We came into town for a baseball tournament and brought our camper. This is one of the nicest parks we’ve stayed in. Concrete pads, lawns maintained, clean shower houses. And my favorite part was the trees and lights that lined the camp sites...makes you want to just sit outside and enjoy the outdoors!

Scissortail is a wonderful RV park! Excellent management and very nice facilities. Cement pads, water, sewer, and electric.
