Gunshots fired outside my apartment, called for info twice and was directed to the most rude dispatch woman ever. I was told an officer would call an let me know what’s going on... NEVER GOT A CALL OR RESPONSE! So an hour and a half later finally called non emergency and the woman on the line was able to tell me everything was safe and ok. Dispatch and Police were terrible, thank God I’m from Texas and have my own home defense. Also whoever the officer was on this call needs to be coached, I was listening to the police scanner and he never called even after I heard dispatch tell him to. Same with Dispatch she needs a new job, she is rude beyond belief and this probably is not the career for her.

Fastest ticket writing police in the nation. Get your speeding ticket in 5 minutes or less, or it's free. I figure the traffic patrol can write $2500 worth of speeding tickets in an hour, easy. How else could they fund their fat pensions?

Had someone try to break into our home and called you guys. Pretty sad I even gave a detailed description of the man who ran off my property and was standing down the road, I gave his age, hat color, shorts color, shirt color and what was on his shirt. Not a single officer showed up. This is the second time this has happened and the first time I called 911 I couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phones for over an hour!!! I can’t wait to move out of this city. You all need to do better.

I’m still irritated with this department with the death of Courtney Palmer and how he begged to be relocated to California and Detective Jason White basically ignored the plea smh. RIP Courtney Palmer

Not supposed to be making crowds of people, but the police and fire dept along with what I am guessing are citizens are lined up down 169 for two or three miles. Lots of people right next to each other. Hopefully you don't plan on those officers ticketing people later. Worried for my dad please stop playing around.
