They came and fixed my frozen drain pipe. The guy explained what happened and how he had to fix it. They thawed it our for me so I could use it that day. Ryan sent 3 guys to my house the next day to fix the issue. They were very professional. I would recommend this company. I have scheduled them to do another project for me.
I really wasn't surprised to see negative reviews on this company (and their drivers). Fortunately, I have never used them and I never intend to after today. I encountered one of these bad drivers today, which lead me to want to do the right thing and let the company know how their drivers were handling their vehicles, as well as how the driver was rude when I questioned him. Rather than the company owner thanking me for reporting, or just simply leaving it alone, as I would have expected. The owner actually called me, yelled at me, called me a liar, big-headed, and said that I needed to get over myself (whatever that meant). I tried to talk with him and he refused to allow me to speak or respond to what he was saying, let me know that he already knows all of my information, that I'm being recorded, and then hanging up on me. He accused me of harassing his driver, but I'm pretty sure menacing phone calls fits that description better than reporting a bad driver to a company. No, I'm not surprised by the negative reviews considering the type of person who owns the company. I am also not surprised to read how he typically responds to any negative review. I can't wait to see what he has to say about this one. And here's a tip: Spellcheck.
