I'm not speaking for the entire building only on the 3rd floor. I arrived 30 minutes early as directed to fill out all necessary paper work. My appointment was at 2:00 p.m. I literally told the nurse what I was there for. She did not assist me AT ALL! I literally waited over a hour and 30 minutes and still was not seened. She was rude and was not following proper guidelines to correctly wearing her mask. I had no other choice but to leave and to find myself where I was suppose to be. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT CONSIDERATE AT ALL OF MY NEEDS.

If I could 0 stars I would. Frankly 1 star is too high. They are so unprepared and unprofessional no hospitality. Takes one hour and a half to just be seen. My wife (who is 38 weeks pregnant) had a appointment at 9:15 didn’t come see her Till almost 11 o clock then I’ve came to all the appointments till this one bc they wouldn’t let me in due to COVID but why was my temperature took and got a Date sticker? Just to tell me I can’t come in knowing that we live an hour away no heads up I just hope it’s not like this for everyone.

Extremely caring staff. They take great care of their patients. Highly recommend. Dr. Curran took so much time going through my concerns and answering every question I threw at her.
