Ate here today, for the first time, and it was really good! Way more options than I expected. They offered free samples of anything I wanted to try. I ordered the Fancy Nancy style chicken salad and also had some pasta salad. Both are excellent and so was my iced tea. Super friendly staff! The whole establishment was very clean. Lovely outdoor patio, overlooking a courtyard. Definitely will be returning! Would highly recommend!

Food, experience and court yard are Awesome. If you like chicken salad I'd recommend, have many flavors to choose from.

Food was great, as always. That said, the cashier refused to wear their mask properly at all. Wearing your mask to cover your chin and just under your mouth does nothing for the safety and well being of anyone!

Been wanting to try this place since I heard the “How I Built This” podcast on Chicken Salad Chick. I heard they were giving veterans free food on Veterans Day and went a little out of my way to try. It was definitely good food and customer service. I will be back as a paying customer! Only drawback is that the parking lot is real busy, which is not necessarily the establishment’s fault.

To say I’m shocked that this place has such a high rating is an understatement, but the fact that it was ever considered good enough to be a chain is simply dumbfounding. I could have overlooked the bizarrely dated (even though brand new), hokey interior. And I could even have overlooked the unbelievably *RUDE* employee who made us feel completely unwelcome to the degree we still mention her when we drive by (4 months later). But the *4* different types of chicken salad we ordered were just simply not good. At all. Like something you’d see in a plastic tub in a backwoods gas station. All 4 of the different recipes tasted completely the same: like puréed cardboard. How? How on earth do places like this ever succeed? How do they have 183 locations?! If you ever needed proof that we live in a matrix and half of the “people” you see are actually just robot Cylons created to fill space THIS IS IT! There’s simply no way any living breathing mammal with any DNA or taste buds could legitimately like this place. Ever. If you want good chicken salad, go to Queenies.
