Areas of concern/for improvement after having had knee surgery in June 2020 at Core:nnNo pre-op visit/conversations from anesthesia staff to assess airway and/or discuss previous reactions/experiences with anesthetics.nnBilling dept could not tell me anticipated facility charge prior to surgery date when I asked. So I was shocked (to say the least) when I received the bill; the facility charged $22,437.89 for outpatient surgery (a routine partial menisectomy).nnHowever, every one was pleasant... admissions, nurse techs, RNs, and anesthesia staff.

I went into an outpatient surgery on Monday 11/16/2020. I woke up with pain so severe in my legs that all I could do is scream. The doctor that did it wasn’t even my doctor he never came and saw me and talked to me about what he was gonna do. I am now in a rehabilitation partially paralyzed in both legs. He tried to send me home and I have a spinal cord injury because of his negligence. This isn’t the end. But I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Great staff, all the way. Had a knee replacement and ohhhh my ....the staff, is great. Jackie (CNA) Rebecca (RN) thank you for making me feel like iam home.

No pre care from Hospital or Doctor. Had change of date and doctor with no notification. Never saw or meet the doctor who ended up doing his surgery. No idea how the surgery went or if they even did what they were suppose to. Rushed out immediately. With virtual no recovery time. Wrong discharge instructions. Took 3 hours to find where my daughter meds were sent. Removed bandages like instructed after 3 days to find a hair net in the packing on the incision site. Sooooo gross.nWill NEVER go near that place again.

Nothing good about it can't get updates and clearly the updates are lies. Go somewhere else!!!! Stay away!!!!!
