I live out of town but my Grandmother lives in the area. I send her flowers a few times a year. I have ordered from other shops in Sapulpa, as well as Sand Springs. I understand that sometimes changes or accommodations have to be made. But every other shop that I've ordered from has substituted very humble arrangements for the elaborate ones that I've paid for. Sand springs flowers so far has done the best job. Their flowers were pretty and priced properly. This week due to the weather our arrangement for my Grandmother was delayed. But the store called, gave us details, and made proper arrangements. We appreciate that type of service. I believe that any kind of substitution or issues should be conveyed before delivery! Not apologized for after the fact. Sand Springs Flowers lived up to my expectation in this regard. Thank you for the lovely job you did for my Grandmother. We will definitely be using you again.

I have to give these guys two thumbs up. We went to purchase my moms casket blanket along with my grieving dad & they were helpful, caring and very accommodating. The finished product was AMAZING! They even brought it to the funeral home on a Sunday morning. ud83dudc4d ud83dudc4d

Super nice, very friendly and great flowers! I was told 30 minutes before an event that it was also a friends birthday and they dropped everything to get me a bouquet to bring. It looked wonderful and was a big hit! So thankful!

I ordered a hanging spray for a funeral from Sand springs flowers and they did not disappoint. It looked great! Thank you ladies for a great job on a beautiful arrangement!
