Everything started out great. The ladies were all friendly and courteous. While I was waiting to see the doctor a lady came out and went over expected cost. With my insurance I was told my out of pocket expense would be $164.00.nWhen I saw the doctor he asked about symptoms and I explained that I only wanted to be tested for food and other common allergies, that I wasn’t having sinus problems. I guess he wasn’t listening because next thing I know I’m being escorted out to reception area with a prescription and Nasacort.nnAt the front desk I paid $75.00 and scheduled the testing for 2/9/2021. Weather that day had the office closed and I received an email saying my appointment was canceled and I would receive a call rescheduling my appointment.nIts March 2nd and instead of a new appointment so far all I’ve received is another bill for $128.00. Making the total before I get charged for the skin tests $203.00.nWhat happened to the $164.00 total? I have admit that that was an estimate but I hate to think what my next bill might be.nnOh, and the prescription I didn’t fill was $160.00.nnAll I wanted to do was get allergy tests!

Yesterday I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. I was greeted with great generosity and kindness from the moment I walked through the door! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive of my needs. Dr. Brown treated me with respect and kindness as well as her staff members. Kalla a staff member made sure that I was comfortable while waiting. I would recommend this clinic to all of my friends and family as well as the rest of the people in Tulsa Oklahoma!!!!

I always have a great experience here. Dr Love and his staff are amazing! Feels great to finally have my asthma under control!! Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful service here. Brandy is very gentle with my allergy shots. I request her every time.

Olympia clinic has been a great experience after twp years of consistent visits. All the staff are very personable and professional and make each patient feel loved and comfortable. My daughter loves coming to the clinic for her shots. Her favorites staff are as follows. Ms Stacy K who she talks to about her weekly activities and helped her initially overcome her fears. Nurses Aimee, Kandice have been a great help in helping her grow out of her fear of needles. Each time she came in they made my daughter feel loved and welcome and used interpersonal conversation to distract her attention from the needles. Jasmine helped her in her initial stages when she fought against taking a shot. Each staff member including Lori have succeeded in making Allergy Clinic of Tulsa Olympia a great place for families to receive services! Great work culture. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you.
