I just moved here from Texas and had to find a doctor so I have only been one time but the doctor was very nice and did listen to me on every thing we talk about so that was a plus for me in time we will see how it goes

Ditto every comment on here. This Doctor absolutely doesn’t care for her patients. I even question her credentials. She says she sends referrals but nobody ever receives them. You can’t get a call back. We changed our primary and our new primary requested copies of our files and X-rays and after months of phone tag we received very inadequate and unprofessional copies. So it cost us time and money to redo everything and get new an adequate results. This is what we went through with life threatening injuries resulting from an extreme car accident.nThe new doctor and pain specialist are in awe’ over the lack of professionalism and care toward the situation. Even to the point of malpractice and we are talking with our attorney about her. I stress to you be aware of what you get into with this doctor. Definitely 0 stars !!!

I'm wanting to let everyone out there know not to take yourself or your children to be seen at this facility by Kelly Shuler. She don't care for her patients like a real Loving DOCTOR should. I never felt like she really cared to see me when I was sick as heck. I have recently discovered St.Johns is fantastic and they treat u like a human being. I give this what u want to call a doctor a negative 5 star. That's my experience there and as a mother take ur family anywhere but there!!!!!!!!!!!!

The doctor's here are amazing, the clinic is always willing to get you in quick and work with your schedule. But it takes A Minimum of 20 minutes of being on hold ot get through to make an appointment or talk to a nurse. With a family of six, we've made lots of appointments over the last five years, and not one time have I ever waited less than 20 minutes to get through.

Do not see Dr. Schuler. She doesn't even try and figure out the issue. I went in with lower abdominal pain so she ordered an ultra sound after she initially offered to prescribe pain meds. I told her I would like her to figure out the cause of the pain not mask it. When she couldn't see anything in the ultra sound she offered to prescribe pain meds again but other than that that was all she could do.nI changed primary care Dr's and I had an Inguinal hernia. She didn't even try to figure out what was going on. I changed to Dr. James in sand springs and he is amazing. I had not had a primary Dr. In yrs and was so discouraged when I went to Shuler. I'm glad I have a primary now that does the job a Dr. Is supposed to do.
