We moved to Mannford last year and were looking to establish our future medical care. I have to say this office was awesome from day one. The receptionist and office staff were all great, Lindsey Norman (Nurse Practitioner) and Kelley (Student Nurse Practitioner) were both amazing and meeting Dr. Eimen was fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this office.

We are in the middle of a horrible snow storm right now. I was able to get my youngest daughter an appointment for her ears(she always has trouble with them) she had been in pain for days and couldn’t sleep. They got us in, the electric was out due to the snow and ice, the np still saw my daughter and diagnosed her as best she could. Dr.Eiman and her went above and beyond for us and I am so thankful for all they did for her!

I have only seen Dr Eimen twice. I have nothing but good to say about his staff. They very courteous to me. They have a wonderful sense of humor. Dr. Eimen and his PA have both been great.

The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. The office workers need to find another job if they can't treat their patients with respect and decency. I've never been more outraged by behavior. I would like to say that this doesn't happen often but it does. Late appointments, terrible customer service, and a genuine lack of care. Good luck talking with the doctors there at least they are nice when they ACTUALLY get to hear about your issues/questions. I'll be finding a new doctors office. Going to miss my doctor though wish it didn't have to be like this.
