For sure my favorite airline. The last six years I’ve averaged 40 or more trips per year, the majority of which on Southwest Airlines. Without a doubt their staff is the most courteous, personable, and cheerful, far out leading any other airline in all around superb customer service.nnI really like the open seating, the no charge for the first two checked bags, and how absolutely simple and straight forward it is buying Southwest tickets on line. The bottom line is that Southwest gets it for understanding how best to make air travel the most convenient and enjoyable for every one of their customers.nnKudos you guys, keep up the good work!
