Holiday Inn Express Wilkesboro

** update: I'm very grateful that the manager reached out to me. We had a great visit about the facility and certainly one thing that came out was that the corporate office needs to realize that this facility needs some upgrades. That's clearly not within the manager's ability to change. So I'm adding a star because it's clear that the staff here cares about the condition of their facility but some things are out of their control. I also think it's very hard to maintain a culture of awareness of how things look from the client's perspective and I was grateful for this manager's intentionality in wanting to hear my perspective.nnNot the cleanest nor the nicest HIE I've stayed in, but decent. This is not a big town and I don't expect that there are many options.

Gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, and centrally located. The night shift lady that checked me in was sweet and hunted up some extra coffee and half and half for me. Great stay

It is a joy to stay here. It is clean and the people are very nice. The location is convenient to all the points of interest in the area.

I really like this hotel. It's not super expensive and it has good accommodations and is laid out really well. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and well maintained. I highly recommended it if you are looking for a place to stay in Wilkesboro.

Me and wife was very happy with our room we had the king suite staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good for covid safe bathroom was clean and no problem getting anything I needed like towels rags etc.
