Ride with Pride Carwash 3

If I could give an honest rating it would be a negative million. Last night my girlfriend and me went to Ride With Pride Car-Wash (the one closest to Brushy Mountain Smokehouse) I went through the car wash and at the end the dryers came on to dry my car well when I went under it it blew out my 3rd brake light (the light above my back windshield). I called the owner and he said he would review his cameras and check tomorrow. Well today we meet and he tries to fix it. The light will work however it will not stay unless it’s taped so therefore it needs replaced in order to stay. The guy completely refuses to pay for it. Says it’s not his problem the light won’t stay and said if we took him to court he would delete his surveillance footage and tried to argue that it was like that before I got there cause I don’t have a “new” car. This was my first time at this car wash and defiantly my last!

Great place to clean out and in the vehicle.

I have visited this car wash for years to keep my vehicles clean. I don’t come here for a “luxury experience” but because the machines are a little cheaper than surrounding areas. I’ve had more than one negative experience with the guy who “manages” this location. I purposely avoid this car wash anytime I see a gold SUV out front. Today was the last straw. I arrived early this morning before the summer heat set in. I was there for 10 minutes when “management” pulled up. I was taking my time getting the dust, dirt, and grime out of my middle console, steering wheel and dash. I was parked next to one of the vacuums. Every single vacuum was open!! This guy had the nerve to tell me “If you’re not going to use the vacuum you need to leave” I nicely explained that I planned to once I finished cleaning. Then he said and I quote “the owner won’t let non paying customers just sit here”. What this rude individual doesn’t know is that I spent over $20 there yesterday and I planned on spending more today. I got my stuff together and drove to the Ultimate Car Wash on 421. Detailed my car for 30 minutes. No one said a word and they happily accepted my money without anyone hovering over me! ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT THIS LOCATION UNTIL CURRENT MANAGEMENT IS GONE! If that ever happens I’ll gladly give this place another shot and a fair review.

Very nice work staff, I was alone and was almost dine vacuuming my car out but it had started getting dark and the man working came and asked me if I was almost done if I wasn't he wood stay until I was but I was done just putting mats back into car. I just thought it was really nice that he would have stayed because I am a woman and it was kinda dark. You know now days a lot of people wouldn't even think about that.
