Green Spring Valley

Visited a friend that lives here, and the community is well kept. They even have a playground area for families with children. The staff also seemed very helpful and informed. Would absolutely recommend this place.

They deleted my review.nnThey will not work with you during covid if you fall short they will just put you out immediately. I had a program willing to pay my rent up until the end of my lease and they won’t accept it.nnI have electric issues that i put a maintenance request in for in October and they still have not resolved my issue. I was told to reach out to corporate relations department and they have not returned my call since monday.nnSomeone drove through my yard with the go cart from the office and left tire tracks in my yard.nnMy trash is obviously community trash because it always has others trash in it.

I have had some maintenance/electrical issues that have not been resolved for months. I had a car or go cart drive thru my yard so its tire tracks in my grass.nnThey wont work with you on assistance if you fall short you will just be put out even though they will still get paid. I would hate for anyone to be struggling during COVID-19.nnI was told to call and I have emailed corporate, sent a fb message and left a vm and nobody has reached back out to me.

It has a beautiful pool and tennis court. I was just there to meet for a birthday drive and honk.

I grew up in this neighborhood and my parents still live here. Your not allowed to visit anymore bc your car gets towed if it’s on the street yet each mobile home has a parking space big enough for 2 cars maybe 3. The best thing they could come up with is this but what if someone has visitors? There is no parking available for them and they walk out to no car and a $200 fee. They need to think of something that’s is the best interest of the people that live here and not the management. The tow trucks patrol this neighborhood more then the security. Do not move here!
