Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Raleigh-Durham Airport/Brier Creek

Pretty disappointing.nn1. I was not able to access my email from the business center to print off medical documents for my mother.n2. I left out early morning on Saturday and gave me bedding and blankets to the housekeeper. I also asked for the carpet to be vacuumed. I returned around 3:30pm and I have no bedding and the carpet had not been vacuumed.n3. I called front desk. Housekeeping gone for the day. The nice clerk brought me bedding and I was left to make my own bed. Such a humbling experience at Fairfield Inn By Marriott Briar Creek, NC. Selina Rd.

Good location close to RDU and Brier Creek shopping. Nice room but bathroom was lacking in lotion, bodywash, etc.

This hotel is amazing. I enjoyed every minute of my stay there. The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing, very helpful, and friendly. This hotel has put a lot of things in place to make you feel comfortable and protected against COVID-19. The breakfast was great! I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Approximately 6 miuntes away from the airport, you will find this Fairfield Inn & Suites establishment. Its located near Hyatt House, Aloft by Marriott, and acrossed apartment complex, with plenty of parking spot. In addition, the location holds few very active plazas for your need to shop or eat. The lobby is modern, accidentally the stateroom is definitely mediocre. The check-in was pleasant, the crew were kind and friendly.nnHowever, after 9 hours from airport to airport with my family, I was hoping to come to one of Marriott's hotel with working hot water. Apparently, for our stay it was not the case. As a result, myself and my 2 kids were not able to shower for 2 days, and taking a cold shower in later December was out of the question. In all good hotel, unfortunately our pleasant stay was detailed by not having hot water.

Small, funny smelling, thin walled room. Couldn’t get anything hotter than LUKEWARM WATER, it was unusable, we had to leave... Truly awful
