Aloft Raleigh-Durham Airport Brier Creek

Very clean, beautiful. Rooms are smaller than other places and bar is open only till 8pm but really good location, easy parking. Very nice staff, friendly and let us check out later because it was raining. Lots of places to eat close by. We enjoyed our stay here.

Nicely appointed rooms, comfortable bed and bedding. Room was small. Modern design. Bathroom fixtures are nice, though the water temperature was inconsistent; out of 7 days, 2 were lukewarm. Great lobby with a bar & pool table. Clean, well appointed gym. The pool is too shallow to do laps. My biggest issue was with sound; the rooms are too acoustically bright & I could easily hear conversations in the next room.

I've stayed here a few times in the past with my husband. But this visit changed my review from 4 stars to 5. The rooms are pretty nice and modern looking, but tend to run on the smallish side. They offer a market where you can buy breakfast. But what we discovered this trip is that they are pet friendly! We stayed there with our lab and staff was welcoming, polite, and professional about it. There was no pet fee. They let us come in a side door and we stayed on the first floor. No fuss with stairs or elevators. Highly recommend for pet travel folks.

Room quality was extremely sub par. There was a constant ringing noise that could be heard all night in our room. The little food options they do offer but we're out of coffee. Two stars, only because they are dog friendly.nnUPDATED with response to owner: The room name was not under T.J. and I will not disclose the name it was under. The room number was 231. It appeared to be coming from the bath area in the ceiling. More of a constant humming sound. A report was not made as we arrived after driving several hours in the early evening and it was not worth the headache for a one night stay, but anything more and it would have been reported.

We had no hot water. It got lukewarm at best and the shower leaked all over the floor. Bathroom light switch is next to the bed instead of in or near the bathroom. Remote for TV didn’t work at first. Had to have someone come fix it.nOn the upside, the bed was comfortable.
