Management leaves a lot to be desired. There’s very little to no communication and customer service has been non existent in my experience. A home is a sacred place- a refuge for residents and that’s something Preiss fails to understand or respect. I’m just a few months into my lease and love our home- it’s everything I could want but my experience in dealing with the management company has left me hating my home and the entire experience of living in a Preiss managed property. Please be aware that my one star rating is simply because Google does not have an option to give a lesser review- a more appropriate rating would be 0. I rarely take the time to write a negative review because it’s often not productive but I’ve found myself at an impasse with a management company that doesn’t want to take an active role in developing solutions, problem solving, or offering basic customer service. With numerous apartment options and various management companies, I’d encourage potential residents to look elsewhere- someone else will appreciate and respect your residency better.
