Lauren, Lauren made our stay. I was stressing about my new job especially being that I needed paperwork printed, Lauren went above and beyond helping us out getting everything I needed printed.nOur apartment is not yet ready for us to move into, Lauren quickly helped in extending our stay and taking that stress from us.nIn the future, we will be staying and recommending this hotel because of Lauren.

Bed is not at all comfy, we came here after travelling 9hours straight and all we wanted was a comfortable bed. The mattress protector wasn't tugged properly so it was only on half of the bed.nnAnother thing the breakfast quantity is very limited and that was ok for me. But who doesn't have milk in breakfast. So if you are with kids and they love milk in breakfast don't stay here.Choice of channel on tv is limited.nnSome pros: room is big with a sofanIron and board is a good thing too

Upon arrival I immediately was stunned of the out of date decor and look of the inside of the hotel. The hotel also did not take cash, no big deal. Once I got to my room, I almost asked for my money back. I thought the hotel was being renovated. The carpet throughout was not appealing (ripples and stained of wear and tear)nor was the out of date wall paper that was brown and stained of some type of residue rolling down the walls. The room had an old odor and the carpet had NOT been vacuum from the particles under my slippers. The ceiling in my room was deteriorating in the sitting area and bathroom. We’re in 2021 and most hotels I been to in my travels have upped their game. This one missed the mark.

This is a wonderful hotel. The GM is wonderful and also all other employee's. This is where we stay everytime we are in town. Melissa and Lauren and George are the very best!!! They make this hotel a home away from home.. I never have any problems.. They are always here smiling as we walk in and have us a room waiting!!! All rooms very clean even the filters in the heating / air units!! This is a MUST stay and DEFINITELY return stay!!!! Thank you guys all of you from the front desk to housekeeping... You all are a great team

Stayed here 3 nights. Staff were outstanding, room was clean and comfortable. Staff were continually cleaning the lobby area. Breakfast boxes were included and had a nice variety to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel.
