Solid 3 stars, yes I would come back. Family friendly, quiet, correct black out shades. Gym correct, good treadmills. Free laundry. Correct kitchen, fridge, dish washer. Coffee available any time. Daily housekeeping not available so you are not disturbed, not to mention saving money on staffing. But if you keep an eye out for the house keeping cart, you can ask for a towel exchange or roll of paper. I started thinking of 139 as “my” room. Well done.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. House keepers walk into the room, twice without even knocking they just used their cards and went straight in. Also, I was staying in a 2bedroom and 1 pullout couch suite signed over Garcia’s name. I had to awake the front desk personnel up from his sleep to ask for two more blankets to what his answer was that he was gonna give me only one and if I wanted another one I had to look into the drawers. Went to my room to check the drawers and there was no blankets in the drawers of the room. So came back out and he still not giving me that extra blanket that I needed. Additionally when we paid for the room we were told that late checkout was at 1300. And at 1122 a house keeper walked into the room woke us up and asked us if we wanted a late checkout to what we said yes. 3minutes later the phone goes off and the front desk personnel tell us that we have 8minutes to check out because there is no late checkout. The “best she could do” was give us 30 more minutes for 6people to shower and get out of the room. I left Very disappointed of the treatment.

Stayed here because of past positive experiences at Home2 properties and Hilton properties in general, and the fact they said their indoor pool was open. I was disappointed.nnPostive: It was clean, up to date, and the front desk staff was very friendly.nnNegative: their breakfast selection was poor, no meat only an omelet, waffles, and little else. Also it ends at 9.nnWhile we did enjoy the pool Saturday evening, it was not open until 6 pm on Sunday which made no sense to me.nnI do not plan to return to this hotel.

Do not let the name Hilton fool you. It was a spartan room and they were unwilling to see to the comfort of their guests. I had cold showers for 2 weeks because the shower didn't work properly. The police made regular visits. Avoid this place.

Super clean, awesomely friendly clerk. Room is beautiful, and all the dishes and silver ware you need. I will certainly book here again.
