Hyatt House Raleigh Durham Airport

Highly recommended! So far in 2021 I’ve stayed at this location for about two weeks and it’s been absolutely wonderful. The staff has always been friendly and very accommodating.nThe rooms are spacious and well equipped... all good things, but then take into consideration the price ... you can’t beat it!

Beautiful hotel. But I can't say enough about the front desk lady Theresa. She is 5 plus stars. VERY professional, friendly and welcoming. The first person you encounter at any business sets the tone of your experience and she EXCEEDED my expectations. She is the epitome of a customer service representative. Because of her, this will be the only place I stay when visiting Raleigh

Awesome place. The front desk manager(night) I think her name was Kim(March 25th 1am night ) . She was probably the most welcoming and nicest person at any hotel or business I have ever had the pleasure of running into. I will be back because of how nice and explanatory she was as well as because of the clan large rooms, but mostly for Kim!

Teresa at the front is very kind and helpful. She helped us manage a challenging situation in which my mother in-law had to get to an appointment with the immigration service during a winter storm. Teresa helped make sure all went smoothly and grandma got back to us safely. Highly recommend.

Best hotel I've stayed in thus far! Hyatt house is our top choice of hotels for our vacations. The staff here was extremely friendly and were constantly cleaning to ensure safety during this crazy pandemic.
