Cambria Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport

This hotel is disgusting. The halls are dirty and there were used q tips in the floor. The pool and hot tub were supposedly closed for maintenance . The ice machine was broken. There was mold in the tubs and showers and the rooms smelled like an over full ash tray. We were double charged for our reservations and they refused to give us our money back. The staff was less than helpful. Avoid this one and save your money and sanity.

If I could give 0 I would. I checked in on a Friday. By Saturday I called to ask room service to clean my room and was told they don’t have housekeeping, I think this is disturbing during times of COVID that rooms aren’t being clean. I then asked for fresh linens and extra blankets later that night because they only have thin sheets on the bed and I was freezing in my room. I was told they needed to wash some linens and to check back. The front desk clerk does the laundry by the way. Last when I got home I checked my account to find I was charged a no show and two additional nights! $245! I called to make it right and was left on hold for 10 mins. I called the 800 # only for them to say they wouldn’t remove the no show charge. They would refund me back for one night. This is a fix but not customer service. Do yourself a favor. Stay ANYWHERE BUT THIS PLACE! Also I only choose this place because of the pool. It wasn’t open. Nowhere on the site does it say that. Again, BEWARE! Also I have to call the manager back in the morning to get the issue they messed up fixed. Poor poor service.

I travelled to Raleigh for a work trip, and after a long day of travel and meetings I was ready to relax. The front desk staff was very friendly and polite, the process was very smooth and quick for me to check in and get my room. The room was very clean and nice. At check out they were genuinely interested in how my stay was and if there was anything else I needed before I left. Overall they care about their guests and they want you to relax and have the most enjoyable stay possible. I recommend them for sure and will be staying with them again for sure.

The desk person named Quint was fantastic. He went out of his way to make sure I had a nice stay. I flew in late at night after a bad airplane trip, so he really brightened the day as far as great service.

This was my first trip after lockdown and first-ever experience in the new way of life thanks to COVID 19. Can't be more satisfied with the arrangements and precautions the hotel is taking. The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious & well cleaned.nFrom sanitizing the rooms to temperature checks to keeping sanitizers in every corner of the property everything is well taken care of. The breakfast menu was also good and affordable!nOverall a great experience and would be back here soon!
