La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Durham Airport

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The coolest thing about this chain is that they allow pets and my dog loves to travel. She was very happy in the courtyard which is enclosed and has a cool gazebo, and walking path around. They do not want guests to allow pets to poop outside in the courtyard so the front desk staff addressed this with me 2 times to make sure I was aware. Dogs have to be walked on the outside perimeter of the hotel which had lots of grassy areas for her to sniff.nnThe rates were great and everything was very well kept up and very clean.nnWe travel to Raleigh quite often and will be staying here at this hotel again in the future.

totally surprised by this little hotel. Beds are soooooooooo comfortable, room overall.nice and clean. Service was good as well. For the price we paid, we are blown away.

I have changed rooms twice. Both because the rooms had not been cleaned. Beds were made but coffee pot had used bags in one and the other the table had food crumbs. It's COVID 19‼ufe0f‼ufe0f‼ufe0f HOUSEKEEPING IS NOT CLEANING EVERYTHING. IM SLEEPING IN MY CLOTHES. IF MY JOB WAS NOT PAYING I WOULD GET MY MONEY AND LEAVE‼ufe0f

I recently stayed at this hotel because we are moving and our dog had to leave from Raleigh. Now, normally we’re not the biggest fans of this chain but it was close to the airport. We checked in around 12:30 am and there was a full parking lot so once we found a spot to park we went to our room and to bed. Fast forward 12 hours later. We were leaving for the airport and noticed the window appeared to be down and we didn’t roll them down. As we got closer we realized the truck had been broken into. The back window was gone and they attempted to pry the door open with a crowbar. We called the police and waited. When they arrived they said they were out earlier and didn’t even see our trucks damage. 3 other cars also got broke into that night. As we were going to ask about security cameras we were told the don’t have them. We were also told that these things happen because they find hotels right off the highway, break into cars to look for guns, get on the highway and they’re gone. So, we had to pay for the room, we probably won’t find out who did this since the hotel owner decided surveillance isn’t important and the property of the people who pay for this hotel to stay open isn’t important either, AND I get to pay to fix the damage on my truck. I didn’t think I’d ever find a hotel worse then the Norman Bates looking hotel in the middle of nowhere, Canada, but this place blew it out of the water. Best WORST hotel.

The hotel staff was nice and professional. We had N issue with our foryt room and the attendant was very attentive and resolved the issue quickly.
