Extended Stay America - Raleigh - RDU Airport

Not up to even the standards of an Extended Stay. Rust on everything, dripping shower, low water pressure. My towel shelf/rack fell off the wall when I lifted a towel. Floors were gross. Despite offering casting, it didn't actually work. Bed was tolerable. The heater/actually had goldfish crackers in it & didn't hear/cool properly. I won't be back.

Great place. Have stayed long term in the past. Nice. Affordable. Good people work there. Chill.

This place is a dump. I had to sanitize with wipes and my wipes had filthy residue. The room had clearly not been cleaned. The television remote did not work. We had to turn the channel manually. We asked for a new remote and that didn't work either. The bedside lamps did not work. The microwave had food remains. We stayed one night and left before dawn. Horrible.

Super nice Desk Manager, no Shuttle Service to Airport, but..provided Taxi Business card and the Taxi Service was wonderful for my wife. Place was clean, range hood light out, non working range hood, but bathroom clean. Covid protocols in check. Will stay there again.

It is a place to rest your head...Imara at the front desk is very nice and helpful. There isn't much around in waking distance and the photos listed online are a good depiction of the facility.nWhen I asked a police officer and Rhonda, the ticket agent from SW, the both recommended it as a safer place to stay at a low price.nThank you Imara!
